Multiplication Sundae and Good Luck!

Nothing like ending the year with a multiplication sundae. I wish all twenty four of my rising fourth graders nothing but the best!  Love You!!!

Should There Be Zoos????

Well the vote is in and there should be zoos!  Students did an excellent job presenting their stance on whether or not animals should be held in captivity.  The virtual zoo was also a success!!  Thanks family and friends for spending time at The Coded Critter Zoo:)

Looking Back on Field Trip and Field Day

Students visited the Historic Arkansas Museum. They made butter, searched for gold, and got to watch a blacksmith in action.

Happy Bloggers

These kiddos are serious bloggers.
They are learning quickly and posting their thoughts.
  I love it!

Students worked in groups to create a character change continuum
after reading Thank you, Mr. Falker by Patricia Polacco.
Such an inspiring story!!!

Kilograms and Liters

The kiddos were busy the last two weeks working through measurement stations.  We investigated
kilograms, grams, milliliters, and liters.  And they also measured to the nearest fourth inch. They had FUN!
